The best thing is the structure of information.
I created my own chat in Telegram where I write down my thoughts, what I'm going to watch at night, all kinds of different results, and so on.
You can also use Obsidian and Google Tables.
In Google Tables, I write down what projects I'm working on and what I need to achieve the result.
