Bitcoin Standard Treasury is merging with Cantor Equity Partners I (CEPO) in a SPAC deal. Once closed, it'll go public on Nasdaq as BSTR. The agreement was signed July 16 and announced today. BSTR holds 30,021 Bitcoin in its treasury. The merger paves the way for its Nasdaq debut.
