I've been trying to get my daily routine in a better shape lately. So, I started by making sure I go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. It's not easy, but it really helps with feeling more rested. Also, I cut down on caffeine in the afternoon, which was keeping me up at night. Instead, I now have a cup of herbal tea before bed, and it's surprisingly soothing. For exercise, I used to do it randomly, but now I set a specific time each day, usually in the morning, to get it done. This gives me energy for the rest of the day. Lastly, I've been more mindful about what I eat, especially in the evening, choosing lighter meals that don't make me feel heavy or sluggish. These small changes have made a big difference in how I feel overall.
