That's what I saw a few days ago in Nha Trang 😱
This phenomenon is called cloud iridization (sometimes called “rainbow cloud”). Iridization occurs when small water droplets or ice crystals in clouds diffract sunlight, creating bright rainbow colors. It is a fairly rare optical phenomenon that is most often seen in peristo-cumulus or peristo-layered clouds.
Iridescence colors are usually delicate and shimmer with different hues depending on the size and arrangement of the droplets or crystals in the cloud.
