Heard from multiple founders/VCs that almost all investors care about right now is shorter lockup duration. Valuations almost seem to be an afterthought. Investors want liquidity by Jan ‘25 and are asking for 6-12mo unlocks. 18mo is seen as too long. Short, but not surprising ~
