I've been looking into how to tweak my diet for better nutritional balance. Starting with the basics, I realized that increasing the variety of foods in my meals could help cover more nutrients. For instance, mixing up protein sources like beans, fish, and lean meats instead of sticking to just one type. Also, I noticed that adding more fruits and vegetables, especially those with different colors, can provide a wider range of vitamins and minerals. Whole grains over refined ones have become a priority as well, as they offer more fiber and nutrients. Reducing processed foods and sugars was another key change, opting for natural or minimally processed options whenever possible. Lastly, staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day has made a noticeable difference in how I feel.
