Why @monad ICO on Coinbase didn't fill quickly?
→ The sale is only available to Coinbase users in selected countries.
→ The maximum purhcase limit is 100K USDC for normals users and 250K USDC for Coinbase One users.
→ There is no incentive for people to be early as the sale will last a couple of days.
→ The target people are millions of retail users in the US and the UK.
