A person who is mentally rich seeks a peaceful life, contented and as free from conflict as possible. Therefore, after a little acquaintance with those who are his so-called fellow human beings, he is drawn into isolation, and if he has a perfect level of consciousness, he chooses solitude.
Because the more content a person has within himself, the less he demands from outside and the less others can offer him. Therefore, being high in consciousness leads to distancing from society.
Yes, if the quantity of society could replace its quality, even a large society would be worth living in. But unfortunately, socializing with a hundred ignorant people is not the same as socializing with one wise person.
