I find one glass of wine helps me sleep but anything over that I regret later 😆

If I even have 1 or 2 drinks now I sleep terribly 😴

I agree but I think it’s all about moderation. Unfortunately I get carried away in good company. 😅
What flower do you smoke? I’d say, if anything, smelling flowers is best 🤣

Drinking es no bueno. I was a whiskey collector, now I barely drink. Smoking flower has been a better experience.
