The real "alpha" in the Azul upgrade announcement from @base.base.eth on X is that Base is finally building a native home for tokens. The roadmap now explicitly points to an Enshrined Token Standard in late June. This means instead of tokens just sitting on top of the network, they’ll be built directly into the core infrastructure.
