These are some big boi galettes

5 extra minutes in the oven made the fruit and crust set nicely.

I know where I have gone wrong here: I started adding the cream cheese layer last time without adjusting fruit or dough so they keep getting HUGE 🫠

Will adjust ratio for next time!
