Vitalik Buterin and his co-authors proposed EIP-7702 as an alternative to EIP-3074, aiming to enhance Ethereum's account abstraction. This proposal enables normal EOAs to temporarily operate as smart contract wallets during a transaction, with their original state restored afterward.
