2025 is almost over, and looking back at the market over the past year, we can conclude this: Crypto in 2025 will be the most unpredictable year of all – not quite a bear market, but certainly not a bull market either. The market is volatile, new narratives emerge but collapse before they even get a chance to become popular, BTC surges while altcoins remain sluggish, liquidity shrinks, and everyone is saying that L1 and L2 cryptocurrencies will gradually die out over the years.
So, looking back at everything, let's ask ourselves a difficult question:
Will L1 and L2 cryptocurrencies truly survive without the "backing" of a bull market?
