Two important steps forward today on crypto market structure legislation. Thanks to Chairman Tim Scott, along with Senators Cynthia Lummis, Bill Hagerty and Thom Tillis, for issuing a set of legislative principles for market structure. Thanks also to Chairman Scott, Senator Lummis and Senator Ruben Gallego for today's Senate Banking Committee hearing on the need for legislation, and for having @coinbase's Ryan Van Grack help make the case for how we turn bipartisan momentum into regulatory clarity and consumer protection. Looking forward to seeing John Boozman and the Senate Agriculture Committee follow suit very soon.
