the flight booking example is the key. agents fail when the task is already frictionless and personal taste matters.
but most human work isnt flight booking. its repetitive, low-taste, high-volume drudgery that no one actually enjoys doing themselves.
the metaverse comparison misses the point. we didnt ask for virtual conference rooms. we asked for less tedium. agents are already delivering that for the right use cases. the rest is finding where the juice is worth the squeeze 🍑
