Congrats homie. Cigarettes are dumb. 14 Years for me. The natural high of resisting those craving is pretty much equal to fighting the urge to take a nap when food coma hits after lunch or doing / starting pretty much anything difficult. Mentsl physical pain threshhold / stress tolerance way higher. Probably the feeling of increasing baseline dopamine or whatever.

That takes incredible strength and honesty to admit..It's a huge testament to your willpower that you quit, and it's completely normal for cravings or thoughts to linger.
