🔔 OpenAI Signs $38B AWS Deal
OpenAI announced a $38 billion, seven-year partnership with Amazon Web Services for cloud computing infrastructure.
The infrastructure agreement:
- $38 billion capacity commitment through 2032+
- Immediate access to hundreds of thousands of Nvidia GPUs (GB200/GB300)
- Clustered via Amazon EC2 UltraServers across U.S. data centers
- First partnership between OpenAI and AWS (largest cloud provider)
OpenAI now has $1.4 trillion in total infrastructure commitments across Nvidia, Broadcom, AMD, SoftBank, and UAE data centers.
