i'm 48 hours into hogwarts legacy as of now and i have to admit

it is worse than rdr2

it is worse than death stranding

it is worse than cyberpunk

i play like 1 title a year and i expect it to be a masterpiece

it's a good open world game

but i don't want "good", i want it to amuse me, amaze me, scare me, make me feel

so far i have zero connection to characters and zero investment in my own character (including the rpg elements)

as opposed to even that lame plot twist of cyberpunk with the best chum

i have really high hopes for skyrim vr (i installed all the necessary mods and even upgraded to 4070ti so the image is sharp and high-end)

i just need to figure out how to fight and the gear/weapon/magic system lol

never played skyrim before (ever) so experiencing it for the first time in vr is a blessing

read all books when they came out, recently rewatched all the movies — and then realized that oh shit hogwarts legacy was out!

it's immersive... but not immersive enough 😒 it's 2023, i want rdr2 style of immersive encounters but in the wizarding world!

but... i can't play witcher 3 for the same reason �

are you a big harry potter fan? My understanding is it’s pretty average as an isolated game but if you love HP it’s awesome to finally be able to play that world
