Hi Brian, thanks for doing an AMA. I’ve a Shopify merchant selling home fragrances for USDC, and I’ve been doing so since 2023 via P2P. One big barrier to accepting crypto is not being able to register my Canadian corporation to Coinbase commerce, and thus I can’t have cb commerce on my shopify checkout. Many of my customers are asking and will use this feature, and I would really like to take USDC. Any idea when Coinbase commerce will come to Canada? Thank you!

How do you feel about the market structure of the Base app where every post starts at $0 regardless of the creator? For bigger accounts, there’s always an implicit floor, which just invites sniping and creates a race to buy dynamic. Is this really the best way to price things? It ends up feeling like a pump and dump. People are complaining about IPO pricing, imagine if those started at $0 too

IMHO, base is doing a good job at incentivizing innovation at the consumer level. But do you think we also need "fundamental research" incentives? Backend optimizations and services that most consumers will never know about but can be critical for the ecosystem?

Brian, I am cohost of a Farcaster podcast and we always ask our guests the same first question. Would love to hear your answer to it. Farcaster is a social network and we talked a lot about the "URL to IRL" pipeline where people meet on Farcaster first and then become IRL friends. So, the question is: When and how did YOU make your first internet friend? This would be someone you met online first and later became IRL friends with. 🙏 🙏
