When I weighed less, I could do pull-ups. Now it's difficult for me to do this. Therefore, one of the immediate goals in training is to learn how to do pull-ups again.
The dynamic plank is a good end to a strength training.
I bought these beautiful dried flowers to decorate my desserts. I will be baking Easter cakes soon and I want to use this dried flowers in their decoration. I'll be sure to show you what I did.
Now my workouts mainly focus on my back, but I also train my legs. Today was a leg press, 100 kg for 12 reps. This is not my record weight, but that’s how it is for now. After that there were 100 steps with lunges, with 6 kg dumbbells.
