📢 Big news from @fairmint today: we’ve just released the Open Cap Table Protocol (OCP) whitepaper, the foundational infrastructure to bring equity securities onchain. At Fairmint, we're laser-focused on equity securities (read "ownership in companies"). Today, that ownership lives in clunky, offchain tools: spreadsheets, proprietary databases, manual processes. People trying to bring equity onchain today are forced to interact with the offchain mess: excel sheets, transfer agents, lawyers, outdated dbs... We flipped the script to make the source of truth (i.e. your cap table) onchain 🔥

We already got you covered! 😃 @fairmint supports SAFE, SAFT, SAFE + token warrant, convertible notes, side letters, stock purchase agreement, you name it. ➕using our contract editor, any founder or his/her lawyer can upload their own agreement and rely on it.
