three stages: retro distribution, protocol upgrade, on-protocol governance.
we built a dashboard to track token metrics:
issuance curve, claims, velocity, retention, dex sell-through, out-of-cohort drift, supply reconciliation.
v2 brings more. tools, dashboards, products. some gp only, some open.
