Just had this random thought in the shower: Maybe our bodies evolved to need exercise ☀️🏃♂️⛳️ because our ancestors were always moving around hunting and gathering. Sitting all day might be messing with our natural state. 🤔 Just something to ponder while lathering up! 😄
