One friend of mine from college got married in the last year of her MBA, so she didn't sit for the placement, as her husband earns a decent amount.
Cut to 6 months now, she reached out to me for a referral; out of concern, I asked her if everything is good. And she said she and her husband parted ways just after 3 months of marriage, and now she lives alone and just wants a job so badly.
One thing I realise is no matter what, one should do a job and earn money; you never know what circumstances may come.
