I’ve heard it said before that if you aren’t liberal when you’re young, you don’t have a heart, but if you aren’t conservative when you’re old, you don’t have a brain. Not saying I agree 100%, but clearl to me the left is swayed by emotion, even when irrational, and the right, by logic, even when greedy.
