Today I ate olive oil ice cream. It was delicious. The silkiness of the oil paired perfectly with the delicate vanilla of the soft cream. I plan to try to make this at home.

Oh, we have a local soft serve made from organic “buffalo milk” and I’ve also had the vanilla with a little olive oil drizzled on it, then a tiny bit of Hawaiian salt, & it was surprisingly delicious!!!🍦🙌
