I think the baseline
- at least a year cliff, 4yr vesting schedule (preferably 8yr but I’ve been laughed for this)
- 50% of the tokens distributed for non insiders (LM, Airdrops, other protocol KPIs)
- Purpose in the protocol, tied to its success, as opposed to just “governance token”
