Reading the synopsis of the series "Carême" on Apple TV fed my thoughts for the evening. The vision of turning the daily activity of cooking to a form of art is inspiring. "Le goût des choses" is a really good film about it. I wonder if we will see such a transformation in the next years.

While being very interesting the comparison might be biased by the fact that some countries in EU are secular for long time or have been in time meaning that education is deeply/somewhat decorrelated from religion (and some anti religion). It would be interesting to compare US to an all time christian state in EU.
