I was once again suffering from a migraine today 😕. This has been going on since last Saturday. The pain was so severe that I felt nauseous and ended up vomiting 🤮. I really hope I will be able to attend my appointments next week. It would mean a lot to me to finally bring the old matter to a close and then move forward in a new direction. - Its Jakaral 😌
