oo we have fat thursday as well but we dont do doughnuts we do these cardamom sweet buns filled with almond/marsipan and lots of cream

The Polish community in WNY has been pushing to celebrate Fat Thursday more in recent years but unfortunately everyone still celebrates Tuesday. It also means that from now until Wednesday itโ€™s a fat weekend for some.
