Feels like crypto exchanges/funds should publish metrics on what % of their funds is out of a cold wallet (i.e. on an exchange) at any one time, and guarantee upper bounds. Does anything like this exist?

How did you come up with the recovery time of 3 days? Coming from someone who regularly spends >3 days away from social media, but consistently comes back. Could configurable recovery periods work?

You can dump the schema from a live DB using pgdump, and then just copy that text and feed it in. Should be feasible unless the schema is huge. Happy to help if you'd like
