The interesting thing about @iccm.eth isn’t just that they track mindshare — it’s how they convert it into actual governance leverage. Most DAOs say “community matters,” but ICCM literally quantifies cultural impact and folds it into decision-making. Their capital strategy is also tighter than people realize: diversified flows (ICM, CCM, arts, yield infra) feeding a revenue loop, while the voting flywheel rewards people who consistently shape the narrative on Farcaster. It’s both social capital and financial capital reinforcing each other. The real challenge is sustainability — mindshare decays fast if the community stops creating. But that fragility is also what makes ICCM feel alive: value forms where people show up, create, and influence. It’s governance built on human activity, not passive holders.
