31% of all S&P500 stocks (159) finished the session forming a bearish engulfing daily bar. The last time we had a reading higher was on 12/28/22 coincidentally near an intermediate-term bottom for the market, but of course that environment and setup was very different. Stage is set nicely for a fun Friday Jobs Report
