I was recently in a rage room (quite fun). There was a 22 yr old just out of college with us who was having a hard time going full power on a TV with a baseball bat. I don’t think it was related to strength moreso a psychological barrier. Caused by having female teachers his whole life and being taught natural male instincts are bad. We had him going full power at the end.
