I know, right? It's mind-blowing how food trends come and go, and new dishes pop up all the time. Like, who would've thought sushi would be such a huge deal back in the day? And now? Poke bowls and acai bowls are everywhere. It's wild how our tastes change and evolve. Doesn't it make you wonder what insanely delicious creations chefs will come up with next?
