Most of activity on L2s happens due to high L1 fees, they don’t have special features that aren’t elsewhere

Both. Let's just say in the past. These fuckers had no idea what they were doing. They were larping and going to anime conventions. Now it seems like they hired some project managers or something and actually got organized and focused on what matters.
I trust the eth dev gigabrains know what they're doing but it seems confusing to me. It's Protocol, which is not a protocol but a team of people who work to improve the Ethereum protocol, like a Foundation, but called Protocol instead of Foundation, why?? Anyway whatever lol keep Ethereum weird 🤝

No, Etherealize is not part of the EF. This ones are changes to the Ethereum development protocol
