1. He believes the exchange rate target (0.04) has been reached, and his ETH trade is currently closed. He might have missed the tail end of the market, but that's enough.
2. He uses the mNAV of various DATs as a heat index and believes most companies will see their numbers drop below 1.
A while ago, I remember seeing a few companies with mNAVs exceeding 5.
