The Block presented an industry overview for October in which it analyzed metrics by cryptocurrency industry segment. Key: ◽️ in bitcoin and Ethereum networks moved $420 billion (+28%) in assets. In stablecoins, $899 billion (+8%); ◽️ miner revenues grew 25% to over $1 billion. ◽️ trading volume on centralized exchanges rose 16% to $843 billion. ◽️ open interest in bitcoin futures is up +23%; Ethereum is up +14.6%. The CME opened a record $12.5 billion in positions (+21.5%)
