Facts have proved that I'm just not suitable for consuming caffeine and carbohydrates for breakfast. After resolutely giving up coffee and moving the intake of carbohydrates to after noon, I even added an extra meal in the afternoon, following a rhythm of having four meals a day. Just in 10 days, my stubborn waist area miraculously tightened up.
