Aave proposed gradually increasing the reserve factor (RF) for bridging USDC (USDC. e and USDbC), involving deployment of Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, and Base. The proposal aims to reduce the attractiveness of cross chain USDCs and encourage users to switch to local USDCs.
