We are stardust. Stars are formed by the condensation of a dust cloud consisting mostly of hydrogen and helium under the of gravity. During this process, the temperature and pressure increase, leading to the start of nuclear fusion, and the star is born. During the nuclear fusion process, hydrogen atoms turn into helium, releasing a large amount of energy. This energy increases the internal pressure of the star, balancing the gravity, and the star becomes stable. Stars spend most of their lives in this state (main sequence). As the star evolves, it produces heavy elements up to the iron (Fe) element in the periodic table in its core, depending on its initial mass. If the mass of the star is large, elements heavier than Fe are also produced by supernova explosions. With the death of the star, these elements are scattered around and become material for new stars and planets. This cycle forms the basis of matter transformation in the universe and the interstellar life cycle. We were formed from this stardust.
