Today’s lunch is a very traditional here in Japan: Grilled Atka Mackerel Usually we eat as breakfast but when I feel the need of some good fats I eat them for lunch. During my first years in Japan was difficult to eat this daily but now I’m sad when I can’t eat any. Human get used to everything 😉

I could not imagine eating it for breakfast but I would be pleasantly willing to try. Especially if it looks as well cooked as this. 😋
