Founders and builders, be loud about the painkiller you are building.
If you want to validate fast and early, start talking about the pain as much as possible.
I don’t mean shouting on the street (unless your users are actually on the street—then by all means, go off).
Drop pain posts on X, Farcaster, WhatsApp, or wherever they live online. No pitching, no fluff. Just the raw problems you are solving.
Then, watch the signals.
Did people comment, “This is so me”?
Did you get DMs?
Did someone ask to try it?
If the signals are strong, double down. Build. Ship. Iterate.
If they are weak, good, you have saved time. Now refine. Retest. Maybe pivot.
Pro tip: Run 3–5 of these pain posts before writing a single line of code. This way, you are sure you're solving a real problem.
