Dear community members,
Based on the guidelines we’re currently aware of, (as base advocates) this is how the holiday event rewards should work:
1) Winner messages: After the holiday event ends, selected winners may receive a message within 7 days.
2) Reward delivery: Once winners are confirmed, rewards can take up to 30 days to be sent out. The exact timing may vary from person to person.
3) Reward amounts: Rewards are distributed based on the event criteria, so not everyone will receive the same amount.
A quick note:
* If you’ve already received a message but haven’t received the reward yet , congratulations, you’ve been selected and your reward is on the way.
*If you haven’t received any message yet, we kindly ask you to wait, as notifications can take up to 7 days after the event ends.
