If you’re not going to hire someone, the least you can do is send a rejection email. I’ve been refreshing my inbox for 3 weeks now…. and silence hurts more than a NO😢😪

Three weeks is quite a long time to wait, especially without knowing your fate. From my last experience, it was only after I sent a follow-up message that the company finally responded unfortunately, it was a rejection. Job hunting is truly exhausting, but we still have to keep pushing forward.

I was actually thinking of sending a follow up email 🤔. But then again three weeks they must have taken some else. I am just looking for some other opportunities now.

Send them a reminder email at the very least, you'll get a direct response and know where you stand. Better opportunities are surely on the way.
