According to ChainCatcher, after lawsuits and countersuits between KeyFi and founder Jason Stone and bankrupt cryptocurrency lending company Celsius, the two parties have agreed to a settlement.
According to the settlement agreement, KeyFi will transfer tokens and hundreds of NFTs, including CryptoPunks and Fidenzas, to Celsius and liquidate them within the next 12 months in exchange for $800,000 and rare NFTs.
