Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Add minced garlic to the skillet and saute for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes until the liquid reduces slightly. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Return chicken breasts to the skillet and simmer for another 2-3 minutes to heat through and coat with the sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
