“Timelines”
A term that makes devs all over the world shudder.
Over the past year, I’ve replaced timelines and milestones with “sequencing” whenever I sit down to make a plan.
It’s nice to share out which order I’m planning to work in. Visibility without arbitrary time commitments leads to better work
