Crypto vs regulators isn’t the real battle. It’s crypto vs irrelevance. If we don’t build products that are useful during normal market conditions—not just bull runs—then regulation doesn’t matter. The next phase is not about evasion—it’s about proving value. Permissionless tech wins because it works better, not because it lives outside the rules. If crypto wants to survive, it needs to stop pretending it’s oppressed and start proving it’s superior.
