So, we are back in an ICO phase where projects are not raising much.
Reasons:
1. Long gap in TGE, majority of them choosing Jan-Feb
2. Negative sentiment around ICOs due to recently launched projects
3. Bearish market conditions
But I see an opportunity 👀
The only thing that matters here is whether you believe the market will turn bullish in early Q1.
